Privacy Policy

We want you to understand how and why Nikolay Pevnev (“Web Store", “we” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our sites, mobile apps, widgets, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us or receive a communication from us. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services.

If you create a Web Store account, we may require you to provide a username, email, phone number, and password. Your username is public, and it doesn’t have to be related to your real name. We also store your user account orders and address settings.

We collect information about the actions you take when using the Services. This includes your interactions with content.

We engage Google as a service provider to perform functions and provide services for us in the United States and other countries. We may share your private personal data with the service provider subject to obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions (service provider may use other non-personal data for their own benefit).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy we may otherwise offer to you, we may preserve, use, share, or disclose your personal data or other safety data if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. Information about you can be shared to protect the safety of any person; to protect our rights or property or the rights or property of those who use our services. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your personal data.
4. Managing Your Personal Information with Us
Accessing Your Personal Data
If you have registered an account on Web Store, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or delete the personal data you provided to us and associated with your account. To submit a request related to access or deletion of your information, you may do so on our website or contact us as at webfromnik@gmail.com.
Deletion
We don’t keep log data. When deactivated, your Web Store account, including your display name and username will no longer be viewable on Web Store. Keep in mind that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of your public information like your profile information even after you have deleted the information from our services or deactivated your account.

Web Store provides you a means to download the information you have shared through our services by contacting us at webfromnik@gmail.com
5. How We Protect your Data
Accessing Your Personal Data
We take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, we use HTTPS while information is being transmitted. We store the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
Payment Information
We do not share nor store any payment information customers use to purchase products on our Web Store. Our Services rely on Stripe and PayPal APIs to process payment requests through our online checkout process. We adhere to the highest standards of security to protect your payment information and your transactions. All information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
6. Your Rights
Data Subject and Consumer Information Requests
Requests for a copy of the information Web Store has about your account—including EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) data subject access requests and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) consumer information requests can be received by contacting as at webfromnik@gmail.com. Before we process a request from you about your personal information, we need to verify the request via your access to your Web Store account or to a verified email address associated with your Web Store account. You may also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. Web Store does not discriminate against users for exercising their rights under data protection laws to make requests regarding their personal information.
Children
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to create an account or otherwise use the Services. Additionally, if you are in the EEA, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services to satisfy legal payment basis.
Changes to This Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will let you know by revising the date at the top of the policy. If the changes, in our sole discretion, are material, we may also notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by otherwise providing notice through our Services. By continuing to use our Services after Privacy Policy changes go into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
